We are Mila & Mackenzie, the dynamic mom & daughter duo of Whimsies & Words! We have always loved crafting together and now we want to bring our love and knowledge to YOU!!

Our family heritage is one of family businesses and the amazing women in them working together. The memories that I (Mila) have working with my grandma, my aunts, my cousins, and even as a girl "working" along side my mom while she showed houses or went to the office as a real estate agent, are ones I will never forget.

I feel privileged to share this journey now with "my girls", Mackenzie and our future apprentices (Mackenzie’s daughters). 

Why we do what we do!!

We do it to promote time with friends. We do it to foster friends taking time to be together in this busy life. We do it because creativity is beneficial to us all even if we don't think we are talented in that way.

But mainly, we do it to be together as a family, whether by blood or by choice, and to celebrate the gifts we are given throughout our life!
