All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of purchase. Orders are not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.

3. Craft Class Registration

Registration reserves your seat in a class. If you are unable to attend, please notify us as soon as possible. Because class materials are prepared in advance, class fees are generally non-refundable. When possible, we may offer a credit toward a future class or allow a transfer to another participant at our discretion.

If Whimsies & Words cancels a class, you will receive either:

• a full refund, or

• the option to transfer your registration to another class.

4. Memberships

Membership benefits, pricing, and offerings may change over time. Memberships are non-transferable unless otherwise stated.

5. Handmade Products

Because many items are handmade, slight variations in color, texture, and appearance are normal and make each piece unique.

We strive to accurately display products; however, colors may vary depending on your screen.

6. Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

7. Returns

Unless otherwise stated, handmade and personalized items are non-returnable. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within seven days of delivery so we can make it right.

8. Intellectual Property

All artwork, photographs, logos, class materials, written content, downloads, and designs on this website are the property of Whimsies & Words and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

9. Workshop Participation

Crafting involves the use of tools, paints, adhesives, needles, and other materials. Participants agree to use materials safely and follow instructor directions. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising participating children unless otherwise specified.
